Erfordia, the Capital of Thuringia, Germany on the 26th of April in 2002

Today we were forced to notice (and were deeply shocked about) the Murdering of 16 People (12 Teachers, two Pupils, a Secretary, a Policeman). They were shot by a 19 Years old young Man inside a Highschool.
Where did he get this (Pump)Gun ?
No chance to avoid such a crime - A DESTINY ? I don't think so - NEVER !
